The 2023 Southeast Asian Games will be held in Cambodia from 5 to 17 May 2023. The
men's football tournament at the 2023 SEA Games will be held from
April 29 to May 16 in Phnom Penh, Cambodia. Ten Southeast Asian nations will compete in the tournament, which is limited to players exclusively under-22 years of age.

- Group B: Laos, Malaysia, Singapore, Thailand, Vietnam
