I am writing here in order to share what I have found. This article, I found , from August 2011, Blogger (Google service) changed its interface to the new one that looks like its new service, Google+ which is running on beta yet; I really like this interface because make me easy to view (nice looking), manage on my blogger, and fast as well. As for this figure (Blogger Template), Google launches for us to be easy to manage blog template by customizing both in web browser view and the new one, mobile view. The mobile view template, I think it's really new one for Google; perhaps they wanna complete with Wordpress template.
